Ridley-Lowell Business & Technical Institute is seeking well-qualified candidates who seek to share their knowledge and field experience to enhance the learning process for students enrolled in the Nursing Assistant program. This is a full-time faculty position.
Courses of instruction for this position include residents' rights, nursing skills, personal care, mental health, social service and special needs, and restorative services. All faculty are responsible for delivering the curriculum focused on student academic achievement and retention as per the state and accrediting agency approved course performance objectives. Facilitating academic counseling and tutoring of students when necessary will be required, as well as, accurately and timely maintenance of grade and attendance records, participation in regular staff meetings, professional development workshops, and student functions.
Candidates should be at a minimum a Registered Nurse and have at least 2 years of field experience.
