From Route 17 and I-81:

From north, south and east, take the Broome Community College exit 5 and turn left onto Front Street. From the west, take the Front Street exit 72 and turn right onto Front Street. Ridley-Lowell will be on the left side of the street at the intersection of Front and Main (116 Front Street) approximately 1-2 miles from the exits.
